Our Team

Andrew Cramer

Principal

Andrew is responsible for identifying new market opportunities within the mobile home and RV park space and managing the development and improvements to acquired assets. Since 2011, Andrew has led and managed the acquisition, stabilization, and management of more than 3,000 mobile home units. The total market value of these investments currently exceeds $600 million. Previously, Andrew co-founded Saucon Valley Medical Center, a state-of-the-art urgent care center in Pennsylvania, and served as president of the center, overseeing operations and coordinating all marketing efforts. Before this, Andrew was the division director for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, where he founded and managed the clean technology division and was responsible for sourcing several infrastructure investments in the renewable energy and clean technology markets. He also worked as a financial analyst at Redwood Trust and as a biochemical toxicologist at Merck & Co, Inc. Andrew holds an MS degree in Polymer Chemistry from UC Berkeley and a BA in Chemistry from Cornell University.

Shayla Rounds

Operations

Shayla was raised in Darrington, WA, which instilled a deep-seated passion for the backcountry. She pursued higher education at Western Washington University and dedicated over a decade to the stewardship of public lands with the USDA Forest Service. During winters, she worked as a barista, enjoying community interaction. In 2020, after starting a family and settling in Everson, WA, Shayla enrolled in WGU to pursue a degree in accounting and joined Bridgeview. Transitioning from a forestry career, she experienced significant professional growth at Bridgeview, starting as an administrative assistant and rising to the role of general manager.

Matt Bufton

Construction & Development

Matt brings nearly four decades of construction and development management experience to Bridgeview. Raised in a home-building family, Matt learned the industry from a young age, working on job sites and gaining hands-on experience. Throughout his career, he has served as a site superintendent, general contractor, and project manager in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. At Bridgeview, he oversees all aspects of construction, capital projects, and new developments as Construction and Development Manager. Matt holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Oregon.
